I just completed my 14 week plan with andy and to say that i am thrilled with my results is an understatement. His meal plan was easy to follow as it had a wide variety to choose from. I found i never became hungry after eating the meals because they were nutritional and not processed. Im sorry I didn’t do this years ago. I have a really good understanding of what foods to eat and more importantly portion sizes.
Andy was consistent with feedback and always pushed me to keep going, i can not thank him enough. I am really looking forward to my next plan. “
