Just finished my 16 week plan with Andy and it has gone great! Making the commitment to lose weight and get fit again was tough however Andy’s support over the 16 weeks really helped. The weekly check-ins were a great motivational factor as they kept me on my toes and also gave a clear picture of my progress. The food plan was so easy to follow and there were plenty of options to chose from. Andys plans are definitely something I will be continuing with in the future.
